Starting July 1, 2022, Viva-MTS services in Artsakh will be available exclusively within the framework of roaming. Viva-MTS announced this in a statement, which notably mentioned:
“Viva-MTS informs its subscribers using services in Artsakh that beginning July 1 of this year, Viva-MTS services in Artsakh will be accessible exclusively in roaming. Additional information regarding tariffs will be provided.”
