France Enters Military Economy Phase, Says Macron
France, in the context of a changing geopolitical environment, needs to revise its military planning law for the years 2019-2025. This was announced by President Emmanuel Macron, reports RIA Novosti.
The focus is on increasing spending on the military. The document that defines Paris's policy in this area is signed by the Minister of Defense and the Chief of the Armed Forces.
Macron has called on the Minister of Defense and the Chief of the Armed Forces to revise the relevant law, as France has "entered a military economy phase."
