The European Weightlifting Championship Will Be Held in Yerevan for the First Time
The European Weightlifting Championship 2023 will take place in Yerevan. The International Weightlifting Federation has presented the official calendar plan for next year's competitions, which indicates that the European Weightlifting Championship 2023 will be hosted in Armenia in April.
This marks the first time in the history of independent Armenia that the European Weightlifting Championship will be held in Yerevan.
Additionally, from May 21 to 31, 2022, Yerevan will also host the European Boxing Championship for adults.
