Reports have circulated in the media that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan met with the President of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, and the Secretary of the Security Council, Vitaly Balasanyan, before heading to Moscow.
It is specifically mentioned that Arayik Harutyunyan discussed with Pashinyan the emphasis in the statement adopted by the Artsakh parliament, ensuring that he acknowledges them during his meetings in Moscow and does not deviate from these points by even a millimeter regarding the Artsakh issue.

At this moment, no such statement has been released."
When asked whether an unofficial meeting had taken place, Avanesyan refrained from commenting.
