According to shamshyan.com, around 5:50 PM, 26-year-old Narek Ghazaryan, a resident of the Armavir region, struck an 11-year-old girl, Melina V., while driving his Ford Fusion vehicle at the intersection of Yerevan and Jivanu Streets in Armavir city.
