As previously mentioned, the Belarusian Foreign Ministry announced that the platform for negotiations between Russia and Ukraine is ready. "The platform for negotiations between Russia and Ukraine in Belarus has been prepared, and the arrival of delegations is expected," tweeted Foreign Ministry spokesman Anatoly Glaz on Monday. He added that the Belarusian side is ready to organize the process at any moment.
