Kyiv is Blockaded, Evacuating People is Impossible: Klitschko
Kyiv is blockaded, and evacuating people is impossible. This was stated by Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko in an interview with the Associated Press, as reported by Ukrainian and Russian Telegram channels.
The mayor was asked if there are plans to evacuate civilians if Russian forces succeed in capturing Kyiv. “We cannot do that because all the roads are blocked. We are currently surrounded,” Klitschko said.
