Turkey Comments on Armenian-Turkish Special Representatives Meeting
The first negotiations between Armenia and Turkey's special representatives, Ruben Rubinyan and Serdar Kılıç, aimed at normalizing relations, have taken place in a positive atmosphere. This was announced by the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
"The meeting was conducted in a constructive and positive atmosphere. An agreement has been reached to continue communications without preconditions. The location and date for the second meeting of the special representatives will be determined through diplomatic channels," the statement from the ministry reads.
It is noteworthy that the first meeting between Armenia and Turkey's special representatives took place on January 14 in Moscow. It lasted for an hour and a half.
