Nikol Pashinyan's Decision on the Yeraskh – Azerbaijan Border

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has signed a decision on January 14 to establish a working group aimed at effectively implementing the restoration works of the Yeraskh – Azerbaijan border and Meghri sections of the Armenian railway. According to the decision, it states:

“In accordance with point 16 of Article 7 of the Law on the Structure and Activities of the Government of the Republic of Armenia and sub-point 5 of point 20 of the first appendix of the decision No. 564-L of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia dated May 25, 2018:

1. To create a working group for the effective implementation of the restoration works of the Yeraskh – Azerbaijan border and Meghri sections of the Armenian railway and to approve its individual composition according to the appendix.
2. The head of the working group shall submit information to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia on the activities of the working group on a quarterly basis.”
