Who Will Negotiate with Armenia from Turkey? The Order Has Been Signed
Turkish diplomat and extraordinary ambassador Serdar Kilic has been officially appointed as the special envoy representing Turkey's interests in the process of normalizing Armenian-Turkish relations. This information was reported by Ermenihaber.
The order, signed by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, has already been published in the official gazette of the Turkish government (Resmi gazete).
Recently, Serdar Kilic met with Turkey's Minister of Defense, General Hulusi Akar. The Turkish Ministry of Defense's website reported this meeting but refrained from disclosing any information regarding the agenda.
It is worth noting that the special envoy appointed by Armenia for the normalization process is Ruben Rubinyan, the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly.
