Mercedes Collides with Tractor on Ashtarak-Aparan Road; Mother and 2-Year-Old Son Killed

A major and tragic car accident occurred in the Aragatsotn province on November 3. At around 19:20, Khachatur Margaryan, 51, driving a Mercedes, collided with a Belarus tractor at the 9th kilometer of the Ashtarak-Aparan highway, reports shamshyan.com.

As a result of the accident, the passengers of the Mercedes, Ani H., 25, and Khachatur M., 2, were helped out of the car by bystanders and transported to the Ashtarak Medical Center by the doctors who arrived on the scene. However, they passed away en route without regaining consciousness.

The deceased were mother and son.
