The Largest Tricolor Flag in Armenia to be Raised in Yeraskh
On September 21, at 12:00 PM, a ceremonial raising of the largest tricolor flag currently in Armenia will take place in the Yeraskh community of the Ararat province. This was announced by Garik Sargsyan, the chairman of the State Property Management Committee, on his Facebook page.
“Dear compatriots, on September 21, at 12:00 PM, there will be a ceremony for the raising of the largest tricolor flag in the Republic of Armenia in the Yeraskh community of the Ararat province. (Dimensions of the flag: 6m × 12m, height of the flagpole: 35m),” he wrote.
The initiative is his and is dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Armenia's independence, as well as to the sacred memory of all the heroic compatriots who sacrificed their lives for the freedom and sovereignty of Armenia.
I express my deep gratitude to all my friends who joined this initiative.
