Azerbaijan Confirms Arrest of Iranian Drivers: What Are the Charges?
Iranian drivers have been arrested for "illegally entering the territory of Azerbaijan" on the Goris-Kapan road. This was reported by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Internal Affairs.
"Appropriate measures will be taken against the drivers of those vehicles in accordance with Azerbaijani legislation," the statement said.
