Erdogan Expresses Hopes for Liberation of 'Illegally Occupied Crimea' in Conversation with Zelensky
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has once again expressed support for Ukraine's territorial integrity during a conversation with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. This was reported by ‘Svobodnaya Pressa’.
“I am confident that the Crimea platform will become a real tool in the liberation of the illegally occupied Crimea,” Erdogan's words are quoted by Zelensky's press service.
It is worth noting that the day before, Turkey's Foreign Ministry announced that Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu would participate in the first meeting of the ‘Crimea Platform’ forum initiated by Kyiv, which is set to take place on August 23.
