Turkish and Azerbaijani Defense Ministers Discuss Situation on Armenian-Azerbaijani Border
The Turkish Minister of National Defense, Hulusi Akar, met with the Azerbaijani Minister of Defense, Zakir Hasanov, who arrived in Turkey for the 15th International Defense Industry Fair (IDEF 21).
As reported by Armenpress, Turkish media outlet trhaber.com highlighted that during their conversation, the ministers addressed Turkey-Azerbaijan bilateral relations as well as issues related to regional security.
They discussed the situation prevailing along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, during which the Turkish minister reaffirmed that "Turkey continues to support its brother Azerbaijan."
