Lexus Vehicle Goes Off Road and Crashes into Trees on Sevan-Martuyni-Gegham Road

On May 13, a major traffic accident occurred in the Gegharkunik province. Around 14:10, Artashes Khachatryan, a 50-year-old resident of Gavar, lost control of his Lexus vehicle on the 62nd kilometer of the Sevan-Martuyni-Gegham road, veering off the traffic lane and crashing into trees.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, following the accident, Khachatryan was transported to the Martuni medical center with injuries.

Shamshyan's sources indicate that Khachatryan is the head of the Gavar territorial division of the Unified Social Service.
