For the First Time, We Come to Apologize to Our Friends: ARF Supreme Body Member Arthur Khachatryan

We have been coming to Yerablur for about a quarter of a century to thank our friends for granting us victory. Today, for the first time, we come to apologize to our friends for failing to preserve the victory they had created, for allowing internal and external enemies to overshadow this celebration, and to promise that we will restore the glory and honor they built. This was stated by Arthur Khachatryan, a member of the ARF Supreme Body, during a conversation with reporters at Yerablur.

According to him, only by creating a powerful Armenia, Artsakh, and army can we ensure dignified peace. "If the army was looted for 30 years, why didn’t the war start 25 years ago? The enemy attacks when you are at your weakest. The war began when we were at our weakest. When you become strong, the enemy won’t attack," he noted.
