No Official Information on the Return of Prisoners: No Comment from Avinyan's Office
Reports have surfaced in the media indicating that three Armenian prisoners of war are returning from Azerbaijan to Armenia under the command of Russian peacekeeping forces led by Lieutenant General Rustam Muradov. This information is being circulated predominantly by Azerbaijani media outlets.
However, Tigran Avinyan's office, which is responsible for issues regarding Armenian prisoners of war, did not confirm the information in a conversation with Auroranews. “We cannot provide an official comment at this time,” stated Avinyan’s press secretary, Nzhdeh Hovsepyan.
