Ararat Mirzoyan to Visit St. Petersburg, Moscow Visit Postponed
The Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, is set to travel to St. Petersburg on April 13 for a working visit to participate in the meeting of the Council of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS.
During the visit, bilateral meetings are also scheduled with the Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia, Valentina Matviyenko, and other heads of parliaments from member countries of the organization.
Earlier, it was reported that Speaker Ararat Mirzoyan would visit Moscow on April 13; however, today the press has reported that the official Moscow has refused to receive the delegation headed by Ararat Mirzoyan.
