Turkey Worried that Pashinyan May Be Removed, Says Semyon Bagdasarov
Russia does not benefit from Pashinyan's presence in Armenia. This was stated by Middle Eastern and Central Asian issues expert and political figure Semyon Bagdasarov in an interview with Svobodnaya Pressa.
“He has long been recruited by the West. Pashinyan, as well as President Armen Sarkissian, are fully controlled by the intelligence services of Britain and the USA, as well as Turkey. Ankara is worried that Pashinyan may be removed, as money has been invested in him. Pashinyan is the Armenian version of Navalny. The longer Pashinyan remains in power in Armenia, the more damage the Russian Federation will suffer. Everything regarding the Nagorno-Karabakh issue has already been implemented. Therefore, Russia is interested in a change of power in Armenia and the rise of a pro-Russian political figure,” the expert noted.
