Armenians in Russia Demand the Return of Prisoners of War as Shoigu Offers Personal Support - D. Tonoyan
In Moscow, Armenians are staging a protest in front of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, demanding the return of all individuals captured during the Artsakh war. David Tonoyan, co-chairman of the United Armenians of Russia organization, published a photo on his Facebook page, revealing that Russian Defense Minister Shoigu has expressed support for the "#freeoursoldiers" campaign being carried out in Moscow.
"It has been the 45th day of the ongoing protest demanding the return of all prisoners of war. Yesterday, Russian Defense Minister Shoigu personally showed his support to a participant of the protest, urging them to continue and not to dare surrender. We are confident that the 8th point of the agreement will be implemented," Tonoyan stated.
