«This government has no budget. It issues Eurobonds to provide salaries and takes loans to pay pensions»: Hrant Bagratyan
This government has no budget. It issues Eurobonds to provide salaries. It takes loans to pay pensions,» said Armenia's former Prime Minister Hrant Bagratyan at a rally of the Homeland Salvation Movement in Freedom Square.
According to him, in "Nikol's Armenia," births are fewer than deaths, and marriages have declined. "Should we tolerate all this? The Republic is crumbling before my eyes," emphasized Bagratyan.
The former Prime Minister highlighted that the 12,000 square kilometers surrendered to the enemy would be brought back from the nose.
"Look at 2020 compared to 2017 and see what this scoundrel has done in three years. There is no positive movement, there is no budget," Bagratyan declared at Freedom Square.
“Let me give you a few figures—hold on so you don’t fall. If 25,000-26,000 people died in 2015 and 2017, 37,000 people died in 2020—without counting fallen soldiers, 662 people committed suicide... come on, why are you killing yourselves, go remove that scoundrel,” he continued.
“They say salaries have increased... they have allocated 150 million dollars among themselves, I do not want to live on this land with him,” Bagratyan concluded.
