VIDEO: Russian Peacekeepers Deliver 150 Tons of Aid to Karvachar for Azerbaijan
Russian military personnel have assisted Azerbaijan in delivering 150 tons of humanitarian aid to Nagorno-Karabakh, reports the "Rossiya 24" television channel.
A convoy consisting of 20 KamAZ trucks and five accompanying vehicles has transported construction materials to the Kelbajar region. There, efforts are underway to restore electricity and water supply to social institutions and residential buildings.
As a result of the peace agreement, these areas have come under the control of Baku. The Defense Ministry has reminded that peacekeepers provide assistance within the framework of the tripartite agreement between Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan.
