The National Assembly’s Press Division Has a New Head
The newspaper "Hraparak" reports that the Public Relations and Communication Division of the National Assembly has a new head—Elen Babalyan, a former employee of Public Television and ArmNews. Although she has been attending work and assigning tasks to the staff for several days, her appointment has not yet been officially signed.
The advisor to the Speaker of the National Assembly, Vahan Kostanyan, told us that the official appointment is expected to occur in the coming days.
For a considerable time, the Press Division has not had a head, as it was recently overseen by the head of the staff, Lili Minasyan, who was recently appointed as the head of the government’s public relations agency.
