Kashatagh Residents to Meet with Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan
Residents of Kashatagh, who are staging a protest near the government, will meet with Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan on Wednesday, February 3. This was reported by the head of the Haikazyan community in the Kashatagh region during a conversation with reporters.
He mentioned that he had met with the Prime Minister's assistant, who stated that the meeting with the deputy prime minister would take place on Wednesday to discuss their issues.
“We will not respond to other questions until we have spoken with representatives of the government. The government has created a working group to address our concerns,” he said.
It is worth noting that today, residents of the Kashatagh community in Artsakh were protesting near the government, demanding housing solutions. They emphasized that they were forcibly removed from their homes and do not wish to receive subsidies from the state; they seek appropriate compensation for their losses to purchase new homes and become farmers.
