Major Car Accident in Gegharkunik Province: Mercedes Truck Rams Iron Fencing of 'Harsnakar' Restaurant

A major car accident occurred today, January 16, in Gegharkunik Province. At around 11:50 AM, a Mercedes truck veered off the road on the Yerevan-Sevan-Ijevan highway in an unknown circumstance, crashing into the basalt wall of the 'Harsnakar' restaurant complex at the 65 km mark. The vehicle then continued approximately 15 meters forward, breaking the iron fencing.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, initial reports indicate that, fortunately, there were no injuries from the accident.
