Russian Peacekeepers Gift Presents to Students of Two Stepanakert Schools
On the eve of the New Year, soldiers from the Peacekeeping Operations Management Center conducted a humanitarian action at Stepanakert's No. 2 and No. 12 schools. According to the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense, during the humanitarian action, students were gifted school backpacks, stationery, and sweets.
“Each backpack contains colored pencils, drawing albums, notebooks, markers, notepads, and diaries. The Russian peacekeepers also handed out congratulatory cards with best wishes to the students, written by children from Russia's 'Yunarmiya' for the children of Nagorno-Karabakh,” the statement said.
It was noted that Russian peacekeepers have already conducted similar actions in several schools in Artsakh.
