Robert Kocharyan's Office Confirms Phone Conversation with Vladimir Putin
The second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, had a telephone conversation with the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin.
In an interview with Aysor.am, Viktor Soghomonyan, the head of Kocharyan’s office, did not deny the information but refused to provide details about the conversation.
It is noteworthy that Robert Kocharyan traveled to the Russian Federation on December 17 for a three-day private visit.
