Ice Patches Observed on Goris-Kapan Highway as of 17:30, Reports Road Department
The State Non-Commercial Organization "Road Department" informs that as of 17:30 today, there are patches of ice on the Goris-Kapan highway.
The Vardenyats Pass is impassable for vehicles with trailers. Other inter-state and republican roads are open.
Road construction workers are currently carrying out cleaning operations as well as spreading salt and sand on the roads.
