Rustam Gasparyan Posthumously Awarded the Title of 'Honorary Citizen of Armavir'
During today's session of the Armavir City Council, Rustam Rafik Gasparyan was posthumously awarded the title of 'Honorary Citizen of Armavir' for his exceptional contribution to the Artsakh liberation struggle. This was announced by Armavir Mayor Davit Khutadyan on his Facebook page.
