Lowest Inflation Recorded in Armenia within EEU
In October 2020, Armenia recorded the lowest inflation rate among the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). The Eurasian Economic Commission reports that prices decreased by 1 percent compared to December 2019, while compared to October of the previous year, prices increased by 1.3 percent.
Across all five EAEU countries, the overall prices of goods and services in October of this year increased by 3.6 percent compared to December 2019, and by 4.5 percent compared to October.
