Displaced Artsakh Residents Can Conduct Vehicle Transactions in Armenia
Displaced residents of Artsakh who have moved to areas under Azerbaijani control can carry out vehicle sales transactions through the relevant services of the Road Police of the Republic of Armenia. This was reported by Armen Ohanyan, the Deputy Chief of the Road Police of Artsakh, in an interview with Armenpress, further explaining that for such transactions, a zero tax liability certificate is mandatory.
"Displaced Artsakh residents can also register vehicles in the territory of Armenia, but state license plates and technical passports are only issued in Artsakh," clarified the Deputy Chief of the Road Police of Artsakh.
