Aliyev States He Sees No Sense in Meeting with Pashinyan: TASS
The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, has declared that he sees no purpose in meeting with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. “In the last two years, I have had numerous meetings with him, but all of them were useless and meaningless, except for the first ones,” TASS quotes Aliyev as saying.
He added that “when discussing compromises, Armenia does not state anything concrete, aside from self-determination. However, self-determination is not a compromise on their part.”
