Considering the fact that Facebook user Zarine Sarajyan's open letter addressed to the President of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, regarding the absence of both conscripted and non-conscripted citizens from Artsakh during these wartime days has received significant attention, I am sharing it on my page while also informing that I have just presented it to the President of the Republic.
The President has already familiarized himself with the content of the letter and will respond shortly.
