Azerbaijani Official Circles Engaged in Absurd Simple Statements

The Artsakh Defense Army has presented irrefutable evidence of the use of phosphorus weapons containing elements of chemical warfare by enemy forces. Following this, Azerbaijani official circles have engaged in the futile task of disseminating absurdly simplistic statements, attempting unsuccessfully to present themselves in a favorable light. This was reported by the spokesperson of the Ministry of Defense, Shushan Stepanyan, on her Facebook page.
