Armenian Ambassador Comments on Nikol Pashinyan's Request for Consultations in Russia
Yerevan has reached out to Russia for consultations on security matters within the framework of a bilateral agreement. This does not pertain to the involvement of the CSTO. Armenian Ambassador to Russia Vardan Toghanyan reported this, as noted by РИА Новости.
Earlier, he did not rule out that the consultations might address Armenia's request for military assistance from Russia.
