The official website of the Russian president reports: 'The situation in the South Caucasus, with an emphasis on the developments in Nagorno-Karabakh, has been discussed.'
Participants also exchanged views on the recent tragic events in Europe. 'The participants of the consultation once again resolutely condemned terrorism in all its forms,' stated the Kremlin's website.
