Enemy Again Shelling the Cities of Stepanakert and Shushi: Vahram Poghosyan

The spokesperson of the Artsakh President, Vahram Poghosyan, stated on his Facebook page: "The enemy is again shelling the cities of Stepanakert and Shushi. The response from the Defense Army will be forthcoming. However, unlike the terrorist regime in Baku, we do not target the civilian population, but rather the military objects located in large cities.

We again urge the peaceful residents living in these cities to immediately leave their homes to avoid possible casualties."
