The adversary continues to target civilian settlements, including the capital Stepanakert, using weapons prohibited by international humanitarian law. The Defense Army has already inflicted significant strikes on crucial military targets deployed deep in Azerbaijan's rear.

The entire responsibility for escalating tensions in the conflict zone falls on the Azerbaijani side. It is worth noting that earlier, the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, announced that despite numerous warnings, Azerbaijan's terrorist army continues to target the peaceful population of Stepanakert using 'Polonez' and 'Smerch' systems.

The President also stated that large military facilities permanently stationed in major cities of Azerbaijan have now become targets for the Defense Army, urging the civilian population to evacuate these cities quickly to avoid potential losses.
