Strike on Ganja Military Facilities Executed on My Orders: Arayik Harutyunyan

Many of you remember both this footage and my statement made on that occasion. This announcement was made by the President of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan.

"If anyone had a problem understanding that, I reaffirm that it was certainly not a joke. By my orders today, the Defense Army has delivered several missile strikes aimed at neutralizing military facilities located in the city of Ganja. At this moment, I have ordered a ceasefire to avoid innocent casualties among the civilian population. Should the enemy fail to draw the necessary conclusions, we will continue to deliver proportional and powerful strikes, dismantling and destroying the enemy's army and rear. We are resolute in our actions until the very end. Take heed, while there is still time."
