Civilians in Stepanakert Targeted Using Polonez and Smerch Systems, Says Artsakh President

Despite numerous warnings, the terrorist army of Azerbaijan continues to target the peaceful residents of Stepanakert using Polonez and Smerch systems. Major military installations permanently stationed in large cities of Azerbaijan have now become targets for the defense army. I urge the people of Azerbaijan to quickly leave those cities to avoid potential losses. The full responsibility for all of this lies with the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan.
