Stepanakert Left without Power as Adversary Targets Electricity Network Building
The electricity network building in the city of Stepanakert has been damaged due to strikes by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces. As reported by Armenpress, the capital is currently without power.
As of now, the situation in Stepanakert is calm. In the evening of October 3, the adversary once again targeted the capital of Artsakh, Stepanakert. Prior to this, residents had been moved to shelters following air raid alert signals.
