Director Sues Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports

Ruzanna Kostanyan, the director of Yerevan's Khachik Dashtents High School No. 114, has filed a lawsuit against the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of the Republic of Armenia.

The plaintiff is seeking to declare invalid the order No. 01/16/15813-20 of June 23, 2020, which imposed a severe reprimand against her.

The lawsuit was submitted on July 6 and has been assigned to Administrative Court Judge Daniel Danielyan.

It is worth noting that on June 4 of this year, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan published a video on his Facebook page stating that a ceremony marking the Last Bell was held at school No. 114 with the participation of the director, which was a violation of anti-epidemic rules.

Students of school No. 114 have initiated a petition in support of their director.
