Ucom Network Restoration Works Continue, Some Services Already Available
Ucom has announced via its Facebook page that the regular operation of certain services has been partially restored and network restoration works are currently ongoing.
“Dear subscribers, the network restoration works are continuing, which also involve our foreign partners from Nokia and Ericsson. We inform you that mobile voice and data transmission services, as well as fixed internet and cloud system access have been partially restored.
The call service center was also disrupted due to this major incident, but it has now been restored; however, it is operating in overloaded mode due to hundreds of thousands of calls, and responses to your inquiries may be delayed for objective reasons.
Additionally, we would like to mention that there may be some specific difficulties in the overall operation of the network during this time, for which we ask for your understanding and promise to regularly share information with you. We thank you for supporting us, regardless of everything, with your words, actions, advice, and active assistance. We will definitely take measures to alleviate the inconvenience caused to you. Once again, we ask for your understanding.”
