Turkish Citizens Interested in Amulsar Mine Exploitation, Says 'Armenian Environmental Front'
Several dozen citizens of Turkey, who were shareholders in Lydian, are interested in the exploitation of the Amulsar mine. This was reported by activists of the 'Armenian Environmental Front' on their Facebook page.
“We wouldn’t need to address this if those who invested Turkish capital in Lydian hadn’t written to us environmentalists, insulting us, psychologically pressuring us, and spreading rumors about us—the same rumors disseminated by Lydian and the fake pages, users, and media that serve it.
To date, Lydian and the fake users supporting it on Facebook have identified us environmentalists with targets of ethnic hatred through their pages, paid articles, and massive propaganda based on ethnic animosity. It turns out that on one hand, Lydian allows itself to incite ethnic hatred against people living in Armenia, indirectly provoking violence; but on the other hand, it calmly accepts Turkish capital, presenting itself to the Armenian government as a major investor, the activities of which would, of course, multiply Turkish, English, Canadian, Armenian, and any other global capital, while our country and the living environment for generations would be destroyed,” noted representatives of the 'Armenian Environmental Front'.
