«Hraparak». Court of Appeals Issues ‘Neither Me Nor You’ Decision on Tsarukyan Case. Ararat Mirzoyan Said Everything Will Be Fine
«Hraparak» newspaper reports: “Yesterday, the initial court decision not to impose detention on Gagik Tsarukyan was annulled, and the case was sent back to the same court for further examination. The Court of Appeals, which typically obeys government directives, made a half-hearted decision, opting for the ‘neither me nor you’ approach.
Now, the authorities are expected to attempt to influence the first court to impose detention.
Recall that we reported on the anxiety among the deputies of the ‘My Step’ faction in their chats regarding the possibility that Tsarukyan might not be detained, to which Ararat Mirzoyan reassured them that everything would be fine.”
