14 Deaths Reported; All but One Victim Had Pre-existing Chronic Conditions, Ministry of Health
The Ministry of Health has reported on the recent deaths, indicating that the patients were aged 83 (male), 82 (male), 65 (female), 61 (female), 74 (female), 70 (male), 82 (male), 64 (male), 68 (female), 90 (female), 81 (male), 52 (female), 65 (male), and 63 (female). All except the last individual had pre-existing chronic conditions.
On the previous day, 6 deaths were recorded, in which the patients tested positive for the coronavirus, but the causes of death were attributed to other illnesses. The total number of such cases has reached 170.
As of July 9, at 11:00 AM, a total of 30,346 COVID-19 cases have been confirmed, with 18,000 recoveries and 535 fatalities. Currently, 11,641 patients are actively receiving treatment for the coronavirus. In total, 129,166 tests have been conducted.
Thus, there are 526 new confirmed cases of the coronavirus and 573 recoveries reported.
