Judge Rejects Prosecutors' Motion in Robert Kocharyan Case
The Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction, presided over by Judge Anna Danibekyan, has rejected the motion presented by prosecutors in the case of second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, and others.
The prosecutors had requested the court to restrict the defense team’s procedural right to submit various types of motions.
The court session was postponed due to the end of working hours. The next court hearing is scheduled for July 14 at 13:00.
