Ruben Hakobyan Exits NSS, but Must Appear Again
Former MP Ruben Hakobyan has just exited the National Security Service (NSS) building, where he had been invited for questioning. In an interview with journalists, Hakobyan stated that he had suggested recording the conversation with his mobile phone, but the proposal was rejected. "We postponed the conversation; I will present myself next time with my lawyer, probably on Wednesday," he noted.
Hakobyan explained that he was summoned due to his statements made yesterday in front of the Constitutional Court. "They indicated that I had called for actions related to the constitutional order, and that is primarily the focus," he said. Hakobyan also recalled that he stated yesterday that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is exhibiting dictatorial tendencies through illegal and unconstitutional measures and is usurping power.
