The traffic change at the Hainrik Cinema intersection has resulted in one positive outcome: previously, congestion occurred from three sides; now all four directions are blocked. This was stated by David Khajakyan, the head of the "Lus" faction in the Yerevan City Council, on his Facebook page.

“The traffic change at the Hainrik Cinema intersection has resulted in one positive outcome. Previously, congestion occurred from three sides, with the direction coming from the circus mostly open. Now, the congestion is so symmetrical... all four directions are blocked,” he wrote.
